1. Fees once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable, non negotiable under any circumstances.

2.For regular absentees for a two day or more, shall lead to termination from admission register without any prior notification.

3.Institute does not offer pick and drop facility for students hence, its associates shall be not entertained. 

4.Vehicle parking is not Institute responsibility, It is therefore student are advised to visit institute on barefoot/by using public transportation as a means of communication.

5.Institute has right to extended syllabus/ timelines ,for better clarity of concept for student.

6.Institute has sole right to exchange/replace/appoint any teacher/faculty without any consent.

7.Institute does not bear any responsibility for loss of watch, pen, pencil, sharpener, water bottle or any luxury items.

8.Students are advised to not bring any unlawful, Pin pointed articles, luxury items to institute premises. If such belongings found it will be seized and dealt strictly in accordance with law.

9.Any misconduct outside the institute premises shall not be called into the office and shall be dealt as per law.

10. For updated terms and condition, you may should meet Administrator at office in physical on appointment.

11. No Employee shall use their designation for signing on behalf unless in written consent from administrator. If found doing so , after internal verification shall be dealt strictly as per law.
